My Coaching Philosophy

 

I am a highly driven coach with a passion for developing competitive figure skaters from the ground up. I believe that starting at a young age is essential, as it provides the time and foundation needed for a skater to truly reach their full potential.

Every coach has a unique method, and mine is built on a foundation of positive feedback, encouragement, discipline, effective communication, and genuine relationship-building with every skater I work with.

As your coach, my priority is understanding your individual needs and acting in your best interest at every stage of your development. Drawing on my knowledge and expertise, I design personalized training programs tailored to each skater’s goals and abilities, because no two athletes are the same.

I am committed to providing a safe, healthy, and supportive environment where skaters can thrive, grow, and reach their full potential. Every decision I make, from equipment standards to training methods, is made with your success and well-being in mind.

I ask that my skaters trust the process and commit to their recommended program. Consistency and dedication are essential to achieving results, and I hold my athletes to the same high standards I hold myself. Should a skater choose not to follow their program, it may ultimately be necessary to part ways, a decision I never take lightly, but one that reflects my commitment to delivering the best possible outcomes for those I coach.
