Booking & Attendance Policies
Weekly Lesson Bookings

Reserve Early: Weekly lessons must be booked before the start of the month. Your designated slot will be held until the 1st of the month.

Open Availability: After the 1st, any unbooked slots become available for anyone to book as a drop-in session.

Approval Required: Please confirm your weekly lesson time directly with Coach Annalisa before booking. Only book your designated time slot.
Payment & Confirmations

No Payment, No Lesson: Lessons are not confirmed until payment is received and specific dates/times are officially booked.

Check Your Inbox: If you purchased a pricing plan but haven't selected your dates, or if you haven't received a confirmation email, your lesson is not confirmed.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued if you forget to redeem your pricing plan and your preferred slot is taken.
Off-Ice Requirements & Scheduling

Mandatory Off-Ice: To train with Coach Annalisa, a minimum of one off-ice session per week is strictly required.

Limited Capacity: Because time slots are limited, they cannot be saved. Please book as soon as possible to secure your spot.

Weekly Commitment: Weekly lessons are a consistent commitment. You are expected to attend all scheduled sessions.

1-Week Notice for Absences: If you know you cannot make one of your weekly commitments in your upcoming Pricing Plan, you must notify Coach Annalisa one week prior to the start of the month.

病假政策
Make-up lessons are an accommodation, not a guarantee, rescheduling, and must adhere to the following strict requirements:

Time frame: The make-up lesson must be completed before the end of the current calendar month in which the original lesson was missed.

Location/Time: Make-up sessions will only be scheduled outside of the coach's regular lesson hours, utilizing open slots from other cancellations or dedicated "Flex" time.
Client Responsibility: It is the Parent/Guardian's sole responsibility to proactively contact the coach to find and schedule and available make-up slot.
A Note from Coach Annalisa: Thank you for your cooperation and understanding! My schedule relies entirely on timely bookings, and respecting these policies ensures we can keep everything running smoothly for everyone.

规则：请在月初之前通过电子邮件 (coachannalisam@gmail.com) 确认您的定价计划或网站上的可用时间，因为我已经收到了可能显示为可用的每周课程时段确认信息（月初之前），但目前是学生的上课时间。请通过电子邮件确认可用课程的课程类型（自由式或公共滑板）。
如果您有紧急情况（疾病），您的课程将计入一周内到期的补课，这不计入您的每周课程。请确认您可以参加不属于每周常规课程的化妆课程（早上）的额外时间。

在桌面版网站的右上角，您将能够访问您的帐户信息，包括您的订阅、钱包和帐户设置。
Bookings:
Under your bookings tab you will be able to see an itemized list of your bookings with the date and time. You can see your upcoming bookings as well as your previous booking history.You will be able to mange your bookings and have the option to book again.
Subscriptions
Under the subscription tab you will be able to see which of your plans are currently active and which have expired. You can also find the date that your subscription will expire.
Google Calendar/SMS Reminders:
In order to stay organized and up to date with your current lesson bookings, you will have the option to add your sessions to Google Calendar and opt into SMS reminders one day before your session.This option is highly recommend for students with early morning lessons.
