I love Italian food.

Ingredients
Chicken Cutlets:
1 1/5 lbs-2 lbs Chicken breast
1/4 cup Flour
1 tsp Salt and Pepper
Sauce
Olive Oil + 3 TBSP Butter
1 Lemon
2 TBSP flour
1/2 Tsp salt
2 Cups Chicken broth
1/3 Cup White Wine (pinot grigio or chardonnay)
Preparation
Step 1
Cut breasts into 1/2 thinly.
Step 2
Whisk eggs, mix flour, salt, pepper, and coat chicken in flour. Set aside, heat oil, dip chicken in eggs, excess drip off.
Step 3
Cook each side for 3 minutes until golden and remove onto a plate. Add lemon slices to the pan and cook until soft/brown.
Step 4
Wipe/clean pan. Melt butter in pan on medium and add flour. Stir for 1 minute until the flour dissolves, pour the chicken stock. Cook til the sauce thickens.
Step 5
Return the lemons and chicken to the pan. Serve with parsley and over pasta!
